    With 20 years of experience in the property sector, Edan has demonstrated expertise in overseeing the development of signature assets in various domains, including student accommodation, multi-residential properties, office buildings, retail spaces, retirement living communities, and industrial projects. His portfolio showcases a wealth of executed and delivered ventures.

    Mitch is a highly experienced project manager with a deep understanding of building management and delivery processes. With over a decade of experience in the commercial construction sector, he has a proven track record of successful project delivery in student accommodation, aged care facilities, commercial office spaces, correctional facilities, and retail fit-outs.

    With strong technical skills and proven knowledge of construction procedures, Mitch comprehensively manages all aspects of project construction and provides input into planning, value engineering, scope development, design, and budget management to ensure the timely completion of well-executed projects.
